Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:


  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused and unopened
  • All original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs


  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customers assume responsibility for risk of loss or damage during return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Brand Leaders Beauty is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer (including apartment numbers, street names, or unclaimed/refused packages).

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Orders Already Shipped (In Transit)

Once an order is shipped, customers must contact the carrier directly to request address changes. Additional fees may apply. Brand Leaders Beauty is not responsible for address changes after shipment.

Order Cancellations (In Transit)

Orders cannot be cancelled once in transit. To receive a refund, the package must be returned in original condition once delivered.

Refunds for Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error, refunds will be processed only after the item is returned to our facility, according to the following guidelines:

Orders with Free Shipping (Domestic)


  • Refund minus 15% handling & restocking fee

  • Taxes refunded if applicable

Order Verification & Fraud Protection

In some cases, we may contact you to verify order details or shipping information. If no response is received within 5 consecutive days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
